Terms & Conditions

• A 50 per cent non-refundable payment is required to secure the booking.
• If a booking is made within 48 hours, immediate EFT payment will be required.
• Kindly use your name or your organisation's name as the ref name.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the goods can be delivered.
• A callout fee will be required strictly for weddings, ceremonies, and photo shoots held outside Soweto.
• It is the client's responsibility to pay for accommodation and hospitality if a booking is out of Gauteng.
• The client agrees to the publication of an entry on the photographer's website and other social media platforms.
• Photographers in South Africa automatically reserve rights for copyright on their images from the moment of creation. These rights are exclusive and include the ability to reproduce, adapt, and publish the photograph.
• If you want RAW files, be prepared to pay a premium for them.
• The photographer has the right to change rates without notifying the clients at the given time.
• Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Unfortunately, load shedding is a reality in South Africa. In the event of a power outage or lack of electricity for any reason, the photographer reserves the right to stop the shoot and, alternatively, grant a reshoot on an agreed date as soon as possible.
